On this private tour Dr Adele will take it at your pace. We supply everything for an amazing experience seeing the reef through the eyes of an expert. All you need to bring is a towel and your sense of adventure.
Great Barrier Reef Snorkelling
Half Day $1100*
The half day Great Barrier Reef tour visits two different snorkel destinations, each with an extraordinary array of marine life and coral species. After a 60 minute ride, you’ll spend 2 hours snorkelling two fabulous locations at our exclusive locations. You’ll enjoy lunch on your return back to Mission Beach.
Full Day $2500*
The full day Great Barrier Reef tour visits 2 different reefs from our exclusive list. After a 60 minute ride we’ll enjoy a light morning tea before hitting the water with Dr Adele. We’ll break for a seafood lunch either on the boat or at a sand cay. Then it’s off to a new reef to explore for another 2 hours. Or perhaps you might like to mix it up and try some catch and release fishing? It’s your day, you call the shots. On the way back to Mission Beach you’ll enjoy refreshments as we cruise to the sunset.
Island Snorkelling
Snorkel the beautiful near shore reefs that surround the Family and Barnard Islands. These adventures are great for first time snorkellers or those who might get a bit anxious at the idea of a boat ride. Quick transit times of 30 minutes, the mainland is clearly visible from all the locations, there are islands to rest on and sometimes the water is so shallow at low tide you can stand in the sandy patches makes this an adventure in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park easily accessible.
Four Hour Fringing Reef Safari $700*
Ideal for early risers or when you find yourself with the sea calling in the afternoon and want to get out for an hour and half of snorkelling. You’ll enjoy morning or afternoon tea before heading back to Mission Beach.
Half Day Fringing Reef Safari $1000*
This adventure visits 2 different reefs from our exclusive list. After a quick trip to one of our island reefs you’ll be hitting the water with Dr Adele. We’ll break for morning tea before moving to our second location. Once you’ve explored for another 45 minutes we’ll whisk you away to our private beach for our signature seafood lunch.
*Maximum of four guests to The Reef and six around the islands. Guests must be travelling together in accordance with the COVID-19 safe operation plan for this experience. Depending on the size of the family members we may be able to accommodate additional passengers for additional cost. Commencing September 2022 fuel surcharges will be applied. Commencing 1 July 2023 there is a Marine Park Environmental Management Charge of $7.00 per person.
